{bb} Problem with bb1.9h server procs

We recently upgraded BB on our RHES3 Linux box and now the procs tab,
the CPU, and the disk tabs for the server do not display on the web
page. 

Does the client also need to be installed on the server for this to
occur?

I copied the /bin/bb-cpu.sh, bb-procs.sh,bb-local.sh from the old server
to the new, but that made no difference. 

There are no messages in BBOUT relating to this.
