{bb} Problem with creating bb client

Documentation says to go to $BBHOME/install and run ./bbclient
<client-hostname>
There is no bbclient executable in the install directory for bb1.9h, did
it move? If so, where is it?
If that is not the process, can someone please tell me the correct one?
