realtime snapshot of problem can be obtained by
using
sysinternals' (now microsoft) tools at:
this will tell you exactly where it is
failing.
disable anitvirus scanning on that diretcory ifyou haven't
already.

Cheers Paul,
But that's the same location ( C:\BB\tmp ) where BB got
installed with the Administrator account (!)
I've also tried C:\TEMP, but no joy
Anything else?

Subject: {bb} Can't get BB logs
with BBNT 1.08d on Windows 2003 server
Guys,
I don't seem to be able to get the BBNT1.08d client
to create BB logs on a Win2k3 server.
(Standard CPU/memory/disk/etc... monitoring works
perfectly, I just need the log function to troubleshoot an external
script)
I've ticked
the "Activate log" box, set the "Saved Logs Location" path, stopped/restarted BB
client.
Can
anyone see what I am missing here?
Thanks in advance
Loris
