On this client, run BBNTCFG and clear out the "MSG levels" field. From
the documentation, if an event log is not listed in the field, it will
not be notified on.
IMO you are better off using Ignore field to fine-tune the messages that
are reported. Some surprising things can be learned from watching the
event logs.

Subject: {bb} Issues with Big Brother and Windows Server 2003 with SP2
Importance: Low
Hi,
I am having an issue with a new install on a Windows 2003 Server with
SP2. I have installed the client on the Server 2003 and it works just
fine but the "msg" always goes red for everything for erros that shows
up in the event viewer that is Attention or Error. IE: If we fail to
print on the 2003 Server, we get an error in the system logs, It sends
MSG into a RED status with the error that shows up on the 2003 Server
on
the monitoring page. We would like to disable this MSG section. We
have
another 2003 server without SP1 or SP2 and it works just fine. MSG is
always green and it doesn't alert us of any errors which is the way I
would like things.
If you can offer any or suggestion, please help me out.
Thanks,
Peter
